Both eighteenhole golf courses are ideally situated in the local landscape. The courses offer many water hazards, sand traps, Scottish bunkers and spacious, beautifully shaped greens. Miguel Ángel Jiménez is the designer of the golf courses. In 2009, 2010 and 2011, the resort hosted PGA European Tour events, namely the 2009 Moravia Silesia Open and 2010 and 2011 Czech Open. The resort offers a wide range of services, including an indoor hall with two full swing simulators, both side driving range, spacious putting green, and short game area including chipping green with both sand and grass practice bunkers. You can also visit our stylish Golf Restaurant with a water view terrace from where you can see both of the 18th greens, the Old Course and the New Course. There is also a well stocked Pro Shop, modern Prosper Horse Ranch and CCTV monitored parking. In late autumn, with the first snow, the resort becomes a top quality cross-country skiing venue. The skiers can choose from three different circuits with stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

The first five holes are very open and three of them are played around water, which will also test the mental qualities of the golfers. The complex also includes the beautiful Green Inn hotel, with its restaurant with a terrace, a separate lounge and great food. The hotel offers convention facilities and a wellness center. In the summer, you can rent an electric bike at the resort, and in the winter, you can rent cross country skiing gear as the course is transformed into a quality cross-country skiing track in the winter.

Ropice Golf Resort

ČGF tournaments are held here each year. The location of the eighteen-hole course offers stunning panoramic views of the massif of the Slezské Beskydy Mountains, dominated by Javorový vrch. Ropice Golf Resort offers players a great gaming experience on championship links. Its colourfulness lies in the numerous bunkers, undulating nature of the fairways and interestingly shaped greens and water hazards. Ropice Golf Resort was designed and modeled by the leading Austrian architect Hans Georg Erhardt. In 2023 will be completed the construction of the next nine holes. The resort will thus expand to a 27 hole championship course.

Golf Resort Šilheřovice

It is the only full eighteenhole parkland course in Central Europe, and is only 15 minutes from the centre of Ostrava. The gently undulating terrain, the pleasant shade of the trees, the symbiosis of nature, fairways and greens, allow you to enjoy golf with all your senses. The course requires a well-thought-out strategy and precise play, where accuracy and a feel for the game are more important than the length of the shots. This is one of the reasons why the course regularly hosts top competitions. The newly-renovated historic Palmenhaus Clubhouse illustrates the uniqueness of the resort. The golf club is the third oldest in the Czech Republic and the oldest in Moravia, where it has been operating since 1968.

Silesia Golf Resort Kravaře

The ideal setting for the best golfing experience is the eighteenhole course among strems and centuries-old trees, overlooking a magnificent Baroque castle. At the heart of the resort is the main building with its restaurant, clubhouse, bar and terrace, next to which is the putting range. In winter, you can play on the state-of-the-art 3D simulator or practice your tee shots in the large hall. The resort includes a six-hole academy. GOLF ARÉNA TŘINEC

Golf Aréna Třinec was established in the unique premises of a former backup boiler room on Polní Street, transforming the unused building into a modern sports and leisure center. It is open to everyone: experienced golfers, beginners, and those who want to try golf for the first time.

Five state-of-the-art TrackMan simulators are available, offering the option to play on more than 500 courses worldwide and providing detailed swing analysis. Training is complemented by a designed putting green, a realistic bunker, 16 hitting bays into a net, and a 20-meter green for short game practice.

Golf Aréna is also open to non-golfers—no personal equipment is required, and clubs can be rented for a nominal fee. The offering also includes interactive games to enhance the experience for individuals, groups, and families.

Comfortable facilities are a given: a café and bar, changing rooms, a conference room for up to 32 people suitable for corporate events, and a gym for young players.

Golf Arena Třinec is the ideal place for year-round training, a first experience with golf, and
active leisure time.

From the parking area near Třinec, you can take the cable car comfortably up to Javorový vrch at almost 900 m, and from there simply enjoy the groomed trails and views of the Beskydy ridge. The local routes are suitable even for older or less experienced skiers, making the area ideal for relaxed winter outings.

The Bílá area offers a diverse range of cross‑country skiing loops that take you through the magical sections of the Beskydy border ridge. Skiers can choose from medium‑difficulty routes such as Žarovjanka, Myslíkovjanka or Javořina, or set out on long and significantly more hilly loops leading toward Bumbálka, Bílý Kříž, Gruň or Konečná. The routes range from roughly 14 to almost 32 km, and elevation gain can exceed 700 meters, making the area suitable both for recreational skiers and for those who enjoy full‑day mountain outings with panoramic views.
