Frenštát Church of St. John the Baptist

The early Gothic church of St. John the Baptist or "Upper Church" was rebuilt in the early 17th century into a late Gothic church. Inside there is a music chancel, a painting of the Resurrection and a Nativity Scene by Josef Knezek.

The painting set of 14 Stations of the Cross was donated to the church by Frenštát native Albín Polášek. A baroque sandstone cross from 1753 is located near the church.
