Borovecké rybníky Educational Trail (Borovec Ponds Educational Trail)

The Borovecké rybníky Educational Trail was created in the vicinity of the Borovec pond, around which a total of 6 information panels are located. Each of the panels contains information about the fauna and flora that occurs in the area or used to occur in the past, a description of the landscape or the history of the area and a map showing the route of the educational trail.

The Borovecké rybníky area includes several fundamentally different biotopes, which are briefly characterised at each stop. You will find the panels of the nature trail interesting not only for their expert interpretation, but also for their graphic design with many interesting photographs of fauna and flora and archaeological findings. The trail is directly connected to the city’s bicycle circuit.
