Ježník lookout tower

One of the many lookout towers in the Krnov region can be found on Vyhlídka Hill. The view from it is on all sides, so you look into Poland, on the horizon you can see Praděd on one side and Lysá hora on the other.

The Bruntál volcano Velký Roudný is also visible. Below you is the town of Krnov and Cvilín.

The lookout tower stood on this spot already in the times of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. When it fell into disrepair at the beginning of the 20th century, it was replaced by a new observation tower during the war.
