Chateau Park in Fulnek

The Chateau Park, which lies between the Fulnek square and the chateau, invites you to take relaxing walks.

It served as a place for Wimbledon winner Petra Kvitová to practise running. Locals often met her there when she was still playing for the local tennis club.

The forest park is a part of the chateau grounds and was founded by Václav Bruntálský of Vrbno and took on its present form, which is reminiscent of English chateau parks, in the 19th century. In addition to the rare trees that grow here, there is a gardener’s house and two garden pavilions with a stone staircase.
