St. Roch No. 6
The educational trail leads mostly along forest paths through rugged terrain in mostly coniferous stands. There is also a small forest playground on the trail. The entire trail passes through the border area with Poland in the Janov district and introduces the visitor to the history of the area, the function of forests and forest management. It also draws the visitor's attention to the impact of man on the environment and the forest. The trail is about 3.6 km long and takes about 3 hours for hikers to complete. The entire route follows marked hiking trails. There are 7 stops along the trail, where there are accompanying boards with information for hikers.
The trail starts at Petrovy boudy (720 m above sea level), where it also ends after completing the entire route. The highest point of the trail is below the top of Biskupská kupa (891 m above sea level), where the oldest stone lookout tower in Moravia and Silesia (1896) is located, accessible around the clock, and refreshments are available. A marked hiking trail leads to the summit. The trail is not suitable for cycling.
