Malá Morávka Village Conservation Area

Typical buildings of East Sudeten folk architecture can be seen in many settlements and villages in the valleys of the Jeseníky Mountains.

A unique set of these houses can be found in the village of Malá Morávka, where these original houses are protected by a village conservation area. A total of 41 houses have preserved the character and internal layout of the typical local buildings.

Malá Morávka, which is the gateway to the area of Praděd, Karlova Studánka and Karlovy Vary, can thus become an interesting stop not only for eating and drinking, but also for appreciating the old folk architecture.
