Sports and cultural activities around Landek

The Mining Museum in Landek Park below the Landek hill is not the only attraction in this interesting place for visitors.

In addition to visiting the Anselm Mine, which is the oldest black coal mine in the Ostrava region, you can visit the site of the Petřkovice Venus discovery and also a lookout over Ostrava from the site of the Slavic settlement. In Landek Park you can refresh yourself in the local mining pub or play tennis or pétanque.
