The mining museum at Landek Park is not the only attraction in this fascinating place.In addition to touring the Anselm Mine (the oldest black coal mine in the region of Ostrava), you can visit the site where the Venus of Petřkovice was discovered or enjoy the view of Ostrava from where an ancient Slavic fortified settlement once stood. You can also dine at the miner’s restaurant Harenda, or play a round of tennis or petanque.
