If you are interested in modern art, you must not miss the museum bearing the name of one of the most important European representatives of constructivism and a pioneer of kinetic Op-Art objects.

Almost 200 works by Milan Dobeš and other leading international artists such as Andy Warhol, Günter Fruhrtrunk, Francoise Morellet and others are exhibited in the amazing industrial environment of a former gasholder – the Gong multifunctional auditorium in Dolní Vítkovice. In addition to the artworks including collages, prints and light-kinetic objects, the exhibition also includes a screening of a film about Milan Dobeš, and a musical display featuring nightly light-kinetic programmes with which he toured with the American Wind Symphony Orchestra in 1971.
