Jewish cemetery in Osoblaha

The Jewish cemetery is located on the outskirts of Osoblaha. Burials took place here as early as the fifteenth century and the last graves date back to just before the Second World War.

During the war the cemetery was badly damaged and the wooden buildings and tombstones were burnt down.

Today, the site with its typical Jewish tombstones has been restored and is freely accessible to visitors.
