Orangery at the chateau in Radun

The Orangery together with the Radun Chateau form one of the most romantic places in the Moravian-Silesian Region.

It was originally built at the beginning of the 19th century to protect subtropical plants from the cold and at the same time to provide a pleasant place to sit when it is already chilly or cold in the park. Together with the adjacent ornamental garden, it offers a collection of nearly 700 exotic plants and citrus trees.
