The Savings Bank in Krnov was founded at the end of the 19th century and originally resided in the local town hall.
Since the space was no longer sufficient, the Savings Bank commissioned the Savings Bank Palace to be built at the beginning of the 20
th century. It is adjacent to the
town hall and decorated ornately with stained glass, ironworks and statues that visitors can admire. The palace includes a cosy Art Nouveau café.
